| ** Residential Maintenance Savings Agreement: Biyearly cleanings required. Benefits include: 15% discount on repair service during year, no overtime charges for emergency calls, and front of the line service. Biyearly Cleanings include a Major and a minor cleaning during the spring and fall seasons. Both cleanings must be scheduled consecutively in these seasons or 2nd cleaning is forfeited, without refunds. Coils will be cleaned once yearly during the Major cleaning, and inspected during the 2nd cleaning. Coils requiring additional cleaning will be liable for additional labor charges, above and beyond agreed pricing. Yearly Cleanings include a Major cleaning done in either spring or fall. If coils are excessively dirty during the Major cleaning, and require time above alloted labor time, additional charges may apply. This may apply to homes that have not had yearly maintenance, homes with pets or smokers, filters not changed regularly, or in dusty areas where coils accumulate more dirt. |
